The article deals with the dynamics, strength and structure of manpower as per gender, age, education and migration parameters in a regional agricultural sector. The authors determine the problems and directions of the rural-labor-potential efficiency improvement, what means the reduction of work seasonality, deployment of comprehensive mechanization of production process and rise of the employment level of workers on the basis of development of intraeconomic business.
