The article notes that in the present economic conditions because of severe competition the wholesale-and-intermediary, trade and other enterprises are compelled to increment in activities' technological level along with the improvement of production and services quality, reduction of expenses and enhancement of after-sales service. They have to meet the constantly rising demands of various segments of society, e.g. house farms, social groups and the like. The author develops concepts of administrative process as an exclusive type of economic and social interaction co-opting the steady and regular forms of the relations of consumers and producers. The studying of specialization in functions partition, economic status positions and social results of administrative decisions in servicing consumers by producers, specifies the sociological lines of research of the activity and relations of wholesale and intermediary organizations in the management process.
