The article summarizes the foreign experience of effective interaction of the subjects of regional innovation infrastructure and cluster structures, aimed at the socio-economic development of a region and based on the use of new forms and mechanisms of mutual support, including the state support. The paper emphasizes the importance of the new forms and mechanisms to improve the efficiency of interaction of cluster-structure subjects and regional innovation infrastructure within the promising areas of scientific and technological development. The authors show the potential to obtain synergetic effect, and justify the prospects of its application in Russia to develop the economic systems of individual clusters or the whole region in the aspect of innovation.
