In the real work by means of application of the economic-mathematical analysis the investment matrixes promoting realization of balanced distribution of investments into regions are constructed. Classification of regions of the Russian Federation in a section of 3 specific structures of investments is carried out and tendencies of regional investment preferences are determined by these structures.
