Results of research of development of a services sector are presented in article, in particular - restaurant business, in a context компаративистики the all-Russian tendencies and regional the practician. The description of quantitative trends of a condition of regional restaurant business was under construction on separate indicators. The main regional vectors of development of the industry of food in the Republic of Tatarstan in which context trends of increase of efficiency of regional restaurant business are allocated are generalized.
