In article the role of control and calculating bodies in improvement of municipal management by economy, industrial and budgetary financial policy of the industrial (regional) center is considered. The main features of carrying out an operating control of economic indicators, identifications of their influence on formation of the income of the local budget and an assessment of competitiveness of economy and industrial policy of municipality reveal.
