In this article effectiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises state support in the regions, the relationship increase funding from the federal budget and the formation of innovation and production structure of SME has been investigated. The necessary of changing criteria and indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of SMEs state support has been argued. The author's methods of the regional integral indicator calculation of SME state support effectiveness on the basis of the specified indicators index has been offered.
