Coherence investment and innovative politician as factor of development of the region

In the article it is noted that the modern model of financing of economic growth demands the coordinated interaction investment and innovative the politician both at the level of the state, and at the level of the certain region. Basis of resource ensuring innovative activity are investments, absence or which insufficiency does process of creation and introduction of innovations impossible. The analysis of investment and innovative processes at the level of the large region taking into account its climatic, industrial specifics and a place in national economy is submitted. The conclusion is drawn on a mismatch investment and innovative the politician at the level of the region, the reasons are defined and ways of formation of regional investment and innovative policy are offered.
