Innovative policy of the regions of the Russian Federation for attraction of investments and possibility of its realization

The article considers the features of innovative policy of regions for attraction of investments into the economy. Key conditions for inflow of innovative investments as from internal, and foreign sources are defined. The short analysis of various approaches to management of regional innovative systems is carried out, available experience of investment in regional innovative activity is generalized. Conclusions are drawn on opportunities of transition to innovative type of reproduction in the Russian Federation through institutional reforming of system of the economic relations.
