Model of the economic mechanism of creation of scientific and technological reserve of Russia and Far East federal district

The article offers the formalized analytical model of the economic mechanism of creation of a scientific and technological reserve in Russia and the Far East federal district in 1998-2010, constructed on data of official economic statistics. It is shown that owing to uneven development of resource and knowledge-intensive sectors the smallest efficiency of use of intensive factors in the southern regions is observed where the considerable part of scientific and technological capacity of the region concentrates.
