Industrial parks as element of innovative and investment infrastructure of the region: fashionable tendency or new quality of institutes of territorial development

The article defines the problems of development of industrial parks as institutes of attraction of investments into the regionThe authors consider as examples some industrial parks of the Oryol and Tverskaya areas. It is noted that observance of formal requirements to this element of infrastructure yet doesn't guarantee success of its functioning. The attention is paid functioning industrial parks lines of interregional integration, despite their initially territorial character are rather accurately traced.
