In the article the questions of introduction of procedure of an assessment of regulating influence are presented. In particular, subjects of an institutionalization of procedure of an assessment taking into account the Russian features are considered. On the basis of conclusions of pilot experiment in the Government of Moscow recommendations about introduction of an assessment of regulating influence at regional level are offered.
