State regulation of the sphere of small and average business in the region

In the article the business sphere in the region is analysed, its role in satisfaction of local requirements for goods and services, in employment of able-bodied population, in decrease in social tension is considered. The author considered forms of the state impact on this sector of economy and offered a technique of revision of tax system for stimulation of small business.
