System diagnostics of regional sports complex: theory and tools (on example of the Udmurt Republic)

In the article the problems of the organization and management of a regional sports complex of the subsidized region of Russia are analyzed. It is shown that the main reasons for problems is absence of available, timely and full information on available resources, and also the accurate, thought-over sports policy from local authorities. For overcoming of these phenomena the technique of system diagnostics of a regional sports complex as tools of search of additional opportunities of its development is offered.
