"Second" cities of mining Ural: experience of institutional and evolutionary analysis

The article is devoted to the analysis of spatial and economic model of the cities taking leading positions in regional systems of moving. On the basis of methodology of institutional and evolutionary approach, the author reveals the key evolutionary factors having essential value for understanding of current trends of development and an explanation of distinctions in level of competitiveness of the cities - regional leaders. The research range - the cities centers of mining Ural.
