"Field of forces" for state-private parnerstvo on investment in human capital (on example of the Tomsk region)

In the article it is noted that in the conditions of the global competition for the human capital and the large-scale growth of a capital intensity of the sphere of higher education state-private partnership (SPP) formation in this sphere gains the increasing relevance. The regions having powerful scientific and educational potential (including the Tomsk region), show the examples of successful partner communications with corporate investors in the human capital. The analysis of a field of forces influencing the prospects of embedding of corporate sector in multisubject investment in the sphere of higher education is carried out. The conclusions are drawn on prospects and the direction of influence of the revealed groups of forces on SPP development.
