Modeling of distribution of grants for alignment of budgetary security of subjects of the Russian Federation by means of intellectual analysis of data

Now grants for alignment of the budgetary security of subjects of the Russian Federation are distributed according to a uniform technique which means calculation of a number of coefficients. In this article the alternative way - the intellectual analysis of the data, allowing to increase efficiency of calculations thanks to automatic finding of objective regularities is offered. The conclusion is drawn that the received rules allow to simplify distribution procedure.
