Implementation of target programs of economic and social development of Finno-Ugric territories (on example of the Republic of Mordovia)

In the article the analysis of financing of regional target programs of the Republic of Mordovia for 2008-2012 is carried out, the comparative assessment of an expenditure of means of the republican budget on financing of regional and federal target programs is given. On the basis of the offered classification of target programs financing of social, economic, infrastructure, ecological and state institutional programs is investigated, measures for improvement of process of formation and implementation of target programs are offered.
