Features of motivation of business activity in tourism sphere in rural territories

In the article necessary incentives for growth of enterprise activity in the village where business sometimes is the only way of existence and a survival are analysed. Authors investigated key components of motivation, namely: financial incentives as the standard of living in rural territories is rather low that is the most important reason of outflow of the population. For development of agrotourism the motivational model of business activity directed not only on formation of enterprise potential, but also on its reproduction is offered.
