Methods and Consequences of restricting competition (for example, the Volgograd Region)

In the article the factors interfering development of the competition in the regional markets are considered, the ways and consequences of restriction of the competition are analysed. It is noted that actions of authorities are the main source of restriction of the competition and violation of the rights both managing subjects, and consumers.
