Analysis of agricultural production in the Kurgan region

In the article it is noted that the basis of food security is the level of self-sufficiency in the country, the region's own products. On the example of the Kurgan region the assessment of volumes of agricultural production in a section of areas and climatic zones that allowed to define a share of their contribution to development of agrarian branch of the region is carried out. It is noted that for maintenance of food security at sufficient level it is necessary to consider security with land resources.
