In the article conditions of creation of system "intra firm business planning" which is based on creation of a control system and the analysis of all spheres of economic activity are considered. Authors analysed the mechanism of creation of planned system and existing systems of business planning and formulated the principles of creation of system of intra firm business planning of the enterprises.
