Use of mechanism of state-private partnership in realization of industrial policy of the region

In the article the category of state-private partnership as mechanism of realization of industrial policy of the region is considered. Experience of introduction of state-private partnership in the territory of some subjects of the Russian Federation is analysed, problem areas of industrial policy of the region are defined. Authors considered how instruments of state-private partnership promote execution of industrial policy in the Volgograd region, and also analysed the existing investment projects, approved regional acts and development of the institutional environment of state-private partnership. In research recommendations for further effective development of the mechanism of state-private partnership at regional level are made.
