"New urbanism" in large industrial city

In this article application of the town-planning principle of "new urbanism" as one of concepts of planning popular at the present stage and developments of the cities, capable to increase effect of social interactions is considered. On the example of Volgograd the author shows possibility of application of urbatekhnologiya in the city millionaire for use of potential of the saved-up industrial base and development of the effective environment for realization of requirements of activity of the person in the large industrial city with extended structure of the territory.
