In the article the basic conceptual provisions of development of monitoring of the projects, having basic value for development of institute of state-private partnership in Russia are proved. Criteria of monitoring of efficiency of the projects, having the modified appearance in relation to the existing methods of an assessment applied in the Russian theory and practice are revealed.
