The article is devoted to the solution of an actual problem of increase of efficiency of corporate social responsibility on the basis of partner interaction of the state, society and business. The review of the world experience in this field is presented. Author's methodical practices and results of their introduction are given according to quality of the institutional environment in the field of corporate social responsibility, and also according to interaction of business, the power and society. The program of development of this interaction is developed.
