In the article the technique of an assessment of economic capacity of the construction enterprise on the basis of the cluster analysis is offered. Use of the developed technique allows to establish, what key indicators have impact on the level of economic potential. The author checked the developed technique on the leading enterprises of construction branch of Tyumen.
