The article is devoted to marketing of investment opportunities. It is the most important part of economic policy of the region without which it is impossible to improve quality of life of the population. The author analysed the ways of attraction to the region of new economic agents by means of realization of basic conditions: system of one window, tax preferences, attractive tariff conditions and concession mechanism. This research shows how marketing of investment opportunities is connected with marketing of the earth, ecology, transport and other service of activity.
