State-private partnership in innovative development of industrial sphere: directions and realization mechanisms at regional level

In the article the main directions of use of state-private partnership for assistance of modernization of the Russian industry at the level of the region are revealed. The author proves that creation of engineering infrastructure, implementation of industrial projects and insurance of industrial risks with use of mechanisms of state-private partnership – all this allows to promote modernization of the regional industry. Recommendations on increase of efficiency of use of state-private partnership in modern Russian conditions at the mesolevel are offered.
