Problems hampered forming the innovation model of economy growth are considered. Authors' descriptive adjectives of regional economy administration system are given and prerequisites of its modernization are revealed. Content of regional authority modernization at the present stage is presented. Concerns of the innovation development support for regional executive authority are formulated. The creation of inter-branch structures in system of regional government is offered.
