Competence-based and contextual approaches in business process of preparation of heads of establishments of system of secondary professional education

In modern conditions the head of establishment of system of secondary professional education is regarded as the manager. In the real work application of competence-based and contextual approaches in business process of formation of the head-manager is considered. The conclusion that as a result of a business education based on skilled training, professional management competences of the head of establishment of secondary professional education successfully are formed is drawn.
