Regional managers of company as tool of solution of problems of the state support of small business in the village

In the article the impossibility of equal access to the state support of large-scale and small enterprises in agriculture is proved. The model of creation of regional management company as instrument of improvement of cooperation of small agricultural producers is offered and in details presented. Also in the article social and economic consequences of creation of regional managers of the companies are described.
