The analysis of a current state of economy of the Republic of Dagestan testifies to need of acceptance of cardinal measures for its stabilization and growth. For achievement of these purposes the recommendations of organizational and economic character submitted on creation of favorable investment climate and effective use of financial resources with the maximum return are offered in the article.
