Due to the improvement of a tourist and recreational complex of the region there is the need for identification of the most competitive travel agencies.
     In the article the introduction in model of business perfection of the aggregated indicator various aspects of activity of travel agencies are analysed, the most effective indicators of management by firm activity at the level of the region are defined. The conclusion that in the conditions of crisis and low image policy innovative projects allow to survive and compete in the market is drawn.
