In the article the analysis of an economic condition of processing productions to the Chuvash Republic (Chuvashia) on the basis of which the SWOT table is created is carried out. Advantages and hindrances of a clustering of the Russian economy are carried out. The general threats of development of being formed innovative industrial clusters of Chuvashia are formulated. For the solution of the main problem of processing productions, including and industrial clusters - increase of their competitiveness, use of system approach is offered.
