Venture investment is most adapted for the investment ensuring reproduction of an innovation interfaced to a big variety of risks, and is capable to become the catalyst of development of innovative activity in Russia. The analysis of development of venture financing abroad, in Russia and regions is carried out, the directions of a state policy of development of venture financing are defined.
