In the article the assessment of the investment susceptibility of regional economy (ISRE) is given, volatility of its indicators is revealed. The mathematical essence of realization of system approach in providing IVRE is shown. The stages of management process of providing an investment susceptibility of regional economy, offered-level system of its formation are presented.
