Points’ determination of innovation growth as instrument of region agricultural industry’s development

In article the technique, allowing defining the perspective centers of development of agricultural production for the innovative scenario among areas of the depressive region is offered. Acting as growth generators, these centers are capable to provide diffusion of innovations, stimulating gradual transition to their introduction and application in agricultural production of less developed areas of the region.
