The article is devoted to the characteristic of a current state and definition of tendencies of development of agricultural production in the region, to the analysis of the existing mechanism of the state support of managing subjects within the state and regional programs «Development of Agriculture and Regulation of the Markets of Agricultural Production, Raw Materials and the Food for 2008–2012», departmental target programs in the agrarian sphere, and also to definition of ways of increase of efficiency of the appropriate measures of state regulation.
