Features of development schemes of territorial distribution of productive forces in conditions of economic reforms (on example of the Republic of Mordovia)

In the article methodical approaches to development of schemes of development and placement of types of economic activity in the conditions of market economy and formation of the commodity markets are analyzed. The scheme is considered as the basic document for drawing up industry and territorial forecasts and programs, and also business plans on development of concrete productions and the solution of problems of social and economic development of the Republic of Mordovia, its cities, areas, and rural settlements.
