In the article prerequisites of reformation of municipal economy abroad are revealed and the reformation process of financial relations in the sphere of housing and communal services (HCS) are described, the consequences of privatization are analyzed. Influence of reforming of housing and communal services on indicators of activity of the housing and communal services companies abroad is characterized; efficiency of the held events is generalized.
