International nature of franchise relations in Russian market

In the article the main stages of development of the franchising relations in Russia are analyzed, the history of formation of the Russian market of franchises is shown. The conclusion is drawn on strong influence of interstate integration on further development of the international franchising market. As the positive tendency which has developed in our country for the last five years, the author notes increase in a share of the Russian franchises in the domestic market and increase of their recognition in the international market and first of all in CIS countries.
