Regional educational environment for forming of production management

In the article the need of formation for the Vologda region for continuous increase in a gross regional product on the basis of improvement of market way of the educational environment providing an integrated approach to education, preparation, retraining and professional development of the personnel of inter-branch production and innovative management on the basis of technical education are revealed.
