Ways of increase of economic efficiency of use of land resources

In the article it is noted that carried-out land reform generally mentioned forms of ownership on the earth, having left questions of the organization of economic efficiency of land use to the discretion of owners and tenants. Absence of the accurate criteria regulating their activity, together with severe all-economic conditions of a transition period became the main reasons for negative changes in qualitative and quantitative characteristics of lands of agricultural purpose. It led to degradation and decrease in efficiency of land resources, destruction of capacity of the agricultural organizations. In these conditions special relevance is represented by search of the most effective directions of use of land resources in agrarian sector of economy. Tendencies in the relation to resources of the agricultural organizations of the region from the point of view of land use are analysed. The directions of increase of its economic efficiency in the conditions of limitation of appliances and low investment appeal of agriculture via the adaptation of system of basic technologies to production and financial capabilities of producers are offered.
