In the article the comparative analysis of the fishing fleet in the North Atlantic are presented. The state of mining fleet and biological resources of the northern basin fishing of Russia are considered. The suggestions on the model of the new fleet and the fishing of aquatic organisms are offered. The proposals on stimulate the construction of new trawlers in Russian shipyards are developed.
