The third paradigm of the Russian Arctic development

In the article it is noted that development of geo-economic processes in the Arctic is complex and contradictory. On the one hand, the concept of severe neo-realistic resistance prevails. On the other hand, processes of humanitarian collaboration, compromises, movement to the socio-ecological model have been growing. However on the way to this model for full and equal interaction and protection of the national interests of Russia needs to radically strengthen its economic presence in the Arctic.
