Innovation management - strategic factor of risk reduction in sectors of the specialization of Southern Federal District in conditions of WTO

In the article the socio-economic risks branches of specialization of the southern Federal district are investigated, due to Russia's entry into the world trade organization; as the main factor of reduction of risks of this kind is considered the intensification of innovation management at different levels of the national economic system.
