In the article it is considered existing macro - and a microenvironment of process of commercialization and removal on the market of innovative products. Influence of major factors of the innovative environment on functioning of system of commercialization is shown. The advantages and the main shortcomings of development of factors of the effective innovative environment of Russia are considered.
