In the article absolute and relative measures of dynamics of foreign investments into the Russian Federation during 1999-2011 are analyzed. The structure of foreign investments by types and industry sectors is shown; the analysis of shifts in structure of foreign investments in dynamics is carried out. The positive and negative moments of attraction of foreign investments into the Russian economy are noted.
