Development of innovation industrial clusters

In the article the essential characteristics of innovation industrial clusters, their role in the development of national economy are investigated. The example of development of a modern innovative industrial cluster "Altai-bio" is presented; the stages of its formation are shown. The advantages and shortcomings of a clustering of national economy from the point of view of participants of a cluster are analyzed. The possibilities of development of innovative industrial clusters are considered, mechanisms of formation of cluster associations are given.
